On 24 November, during the Zamenhof Festival of EAS at the Bentley Hotel in Motherwell, David and Jean Bissets were both awarded EAB fellowships in recognition of their long contributions to Esperanto in Britain, to EAB and EAS. Hugh Reid presented the certificates to the Bissets on behalf of EAB.
