Here is the paperwork for the forthcoming AGM. As announced in the March Update, it will take place between 10:00 and 12:00 at St Martins House Conference Centre, 7 Peacock Lane, Leicester, LE1 5PZ, on 26 April. The paperwork includes:
- The agenda
- The draft minutes of the 2025 AGM
- A voting form (with instructions on voting by post and by email for those who wish to)
- The Trustees' Annual Report for activity in EAB's last financial year (1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025)
- The Statement of Financial Accounts and the Balance Sheet
If you attend the AGM, please bring your paperwork with you, particularly the voting form! (There's no reason not to submit your choices in advance by post or email if you already know how you will vote, of course.)
