One of the best programmes available to learners is on the edukado.net website and is called 'Ekparolu!'. https://edukado.net/ekparolu/prezento It pairs komencantoj with more experienced speakers who are happy to give their time to help new learners etc improve in their use of the spoken language. A highly recommended tool. Finally, DON'T wait until 'you are good enough' to go to a local meeting or EAB events (Lernu, Lernu Plu, the national conference, other events). As a well-known Esperantist recently said, you are not going to swim by reading books on swimming... 😉
