Paperwork for 2024's AGM

We have uploaded the paperwork for the forthcoming AGM in our files section.

As announced in the February Update, the AGM will take place between 10:00 and 12:00 in the Mary Ogilvie Lecture Theatre of St Anne's College, Oxford, on 5 May. The downloadable paperwork includes:

• The agenda
• The draft minutes of the 2023 AGM
• A voting form (with instructions on voting by post and by email for those who wish to)
• The Trustees' Annual Report for activity in EAB's last financial year (1 November 2022 to 31 October 2023)
• The Statement of Financial Accounts and the Balance Sheet
• A copy of how the Constititution would look if the Trustees' proposals (explained in Update 105) are accepted. The original wording to those points being changed is shown on the fourth page.

If you attend the AGM, please bring your paperwork with you, particularly the voting form! (There's no reason not to submit your choices in advance by post or email if you already know how you will vote, of course.)
